Not the sellers fault but the Alpina doorbell App doesn't link the camera doorbell to the wireless chime. The Alpina doorbell doesn't always send notification to the phone that the doorbell has been pressed. I've taken it down as it was causing confusion with deliveries etc.. A very poor product. Again it's an issue with product and not the seller. Chime arrived on time.
