1 of 1 found this helpful It came in an envelope without proper packaging or, more importantly, a manual -- nothing. It does not automatically works with Windows 10 and one has to do everything manually with hard-to-find tips from the internet. I am yet to learn everything that I should about the camera. Perhaps a expert could figure it all out quickly -- but then again, an expert would probably buy something more professional. The video is not as smooth and flowing as I would hoped.
Pricewise, though, it is reasonable, considering that is is a known brand.
