About us

Dean Hall Design is a 3D printing Engineering company. We use high end printers allowing us to print in a variety of materials from your common PLA / PETGs, all the way up to advanced materials like Poly Carbonate, ASA, ABS, TPU95A, and carbon reinforced polymers like PET-CF and PA-CF’s.
I'm able to print up to around 320mm cubed ±10mm and even can offer multi colour / material prints with certain materials.

I'm am an engineer by trade working with industry 3D printers for the last 6 years, therefore am also able to offer a full custom design service for your projects / parts. See photos / listings of my recent work.
Therefore if you have need of a printing service or need a fully custom part for your car, bike, phone, business or something as simple as a custom bracket then get in touch.
I'm happy to discuss any projects and will be honest with what services I can offer if suitable.
