bad phone
0 of 1 found this helpful I bought this phone several months ago because my original phone - also an LG Cosmos Touch went out on me. I had my original phone for years and loved it so replaced it with the same model. By the time my new LG arrived, my old LG came back to life so I never activated or used the new LG. The battery in my old LG was not lasting long and the sound was not clear so I decided to switch to the new LG. I activated the new LG and immediately found out that all of the letters on the qwerty did not work. The letter B did not work at all and the letter N stuck so you had to hit it several times. This made it really bad for texting. Also, it kept dying. I was charging the battery twice a day, I even replaced the battery and had the same problem.
