Artistic Gothic Piece
I dislike and avoid gore but I do like atmospheric gothic films that are beautifully shot and costumed - and that’s what you get with this one. Christopher Lee is always good, female leads Adriana Ambesi and Ursula Davis are engaging and carry things along nicely.

Rather a strange sort of diary
Rather a strange sort of diary, with small entry spaces. Poor or tiny illustrations which is what I thought I was buying- a book of medieval illustrations of the seasons…alas cost but a trifle, complaineth me not too hard therefor…!
