You won't get bored with it after one week
4 of 4 found this helpful Easy to use, just jot down the highlights/memorable moments of your day. I don't know how well the actual book will hold up in 5 years, the binding on mine is already showing minor breakdown after 1 month of continual use but it will get the job done (-1 star). On my own I can't even remember what I did last week but with the One Line A Day book its easy and fun to keep track of what I did each day and look back on it.
