No way fit for purpose. Can't be used as supplied. Poor quality.

Oh boy, where to start. In fairness, this thing is cheap as chips, I paid less than £15 for it and did not expect it to be great. I thought it'd be clunky, silly and a bit of fun. I did, however, also expect it to be usable and, sad to say, it's not. The manufacturing and printing of the card is good: the card is strong, the print is solid and vibrant. That's where the good news ends, as the instructions are awful, but most importantly, the velcro on the card used a glue so weak it was immediately torn from the card (with no damage, thankfully) as soon as I attached anything (either the straps or the other panels). The glue is just insanely weak and was clearly desiccated on arrival as some of the strips were already separated before I attached anything. My guess is that with a bit of work and some new materials to replace the velcro straps, etc, I'll be able to get this thing working, and hopefully find some party to wear it to, but for the party I wanted it for, it's a no-go, I don't have the time or energy to fix it up, so it's going in a box until I have a spare weekend. In summary, unless you're prepared to add a lot of extra effort and have some crafting materials to hand, avoid this like mad.
