KING Japanese Sharpening Stone Whetstone Combination Grit 1000/6000

Really sharp

Forget your hardware store grind stone. It will leave burrs and the knife will readily get dull. This Japanese stone features two grits" 1000 and 6000. You will get a mirror finish with the 6000 grit, but even the 1000 grit is much better than a diamond sharpener. I love using mine.

Broke after 6 mos.

I don't know how or why, but mine stopped working after 6 months. Before that, I hard a hard time figuring out how to use the confusing buttons, just to listen to a local AM station.
