Excellent
Good product.
Reasonable price.
These can be difficult to 'set' and you need to mind your fingers.
Bit of a challenge to start with, but persist and you will get the knack.
Maybe make some sort of 'jig' with a piece of plastic pipe or a cable tie to avoid getting fingers caught.

Good product but heavy.
Product does the job and items burn well in it even though it only has the one hole in the base as manufactured. May drill a few more.
Handles stay cool, when fire lit, [in my opinion], but I would advocate caution for anyone else touching handles when using this fire-pit.
Bought from Germany as UK manufacturers/retailers punish me [due to Courier charges] for living in the country. Also UK retailers tardy in responding to my questions over postal costs so would prefer to buy UK but not from sniffy retailers here.
Product feet damaged on arrival due in part to insufficient packaging/package structure and doubtless careless / bad handling en-route. [* Feet strong enough as are but are not welded all around and I may get a blacksmith to add some more weld to strengthen these when I get them straightened.]
Retailer agreed to replace or refund postage.
Agreed to accept refund of postage costs rather than re-package and return to possibly have the same issues again.
Retailer was asked about improving packaging but I was advised they felt not cost-effective to improve packaging.
Would buy again.

Salus RT310 - simples
Not sure that the pricing is 'on target' for this item as it being superceded by newer wireless versions and essentially it is just a basic thermostat, however happy with product.
Fits a standard UK back box/plasterboard socket so no decor alteration required.
I had an electro-mechanical Sunvic which was sticking and creating hazard with broadband.
This item works fine, easy to operate and whilst it still has an audible click it is much better than the chaos of the old switch.
I had a 2 wire connection, [or would have used a wireless version but that needs 3 wires and unwilling to disturb programmer]; and it was simple to rewire new item. * PLEASE ENSURE YOUR SAFETY AND ISOLATE SUPPLY BEFORE DISTURBING ELECTRICS !*
Live and 'switched live' swapped over in a short time. Earth wire, [required for grounding the existing old metal box was isolated in a piece of 'chocblock'] and placed in back of the box. If in any doubt over what wires you have, and where they should go, please seek advice from Salus Tech support or a qualified electrician.
If you wire the product incorrectly, [even with just the two wires] and then rewire it correctly; there is a high incidence that you may have damaged the electronics in the item and may then have to buy another.
Overall pleased with item and Salus support - 4 out of 5 [due to price].
