"Intriguing from the start to the finish"
I liked the way you always knew what the character was thinking as the story unfolded. I particularly loved the setting because of visiting Sanibel many summers myself. I love the island and was familiar with the Ding Darling Nature Preserve talked about in the story. The many adventures of living on a remote island and working there was intriguing. It kept me on the edge wondering what would happen next. Also the Spain setting was familiar to me after visiting Barcelona. I could identify with the lifestyle there and the excitement of being there. I particularly loved the ending as it came as a surprise. Excellent read!!

Beatrix Potter’s Tales are classics that every child should hear or read. I am happy to have the whole collection.
