GREAT INFORMATION
I have one other of David's books and they are always chock full of great information (some of which you didn't want to know - but need to). I'm trying to prevent diabetes so I trust his recommendations and take to heart his suggestions. He doesn't suggest wacky food or food that's hard to find - it's just plain old good advice and the information you need to make good choices in the supermarket. He's very knowledgeable and I respect his research, I would recommend this book or any of his others, as well.

GOOD PURCHASE
Haven't used it yet, but I can tell that the quality is good so I'm assuming a good outcome when I do use it. Also, the size is what I was looking for in a muffin tin.

GOOD PURCHASE
I've taken Magnesium for many years, but it seems to have gone up in price, like everything else! This was a good value for the amount of capsules received. Thanks very much.
