Hard to tell if it works
1 of 1 found this helpful I take this along with a small dosage of paroxetine. If you suffer with depression and anxiety this has been flouted as a good mood stabilizer as it is an essential mineral. All I can say is I'm ok on it and take up to 3 a day and so far I'm bearing up despite everything! So don't be afraid of this product because it has the name lithium. It's a small dosage and is one of the essential minerals that diets are lacking in modern times.
