Black power cable, expected white from Delonghi.
The toaster is lovely and working fine, but the power cable is black, which is very unusual for Delonghi small appliances. Both recent models of DL kettles and toasters all have white cables.

Great versatile product - tried on lamin...
Great versatile product - tried on laminate and tiles floors with optimum results. However, to clean certain surfaces you really need a few goes at them and might not give you the results you hoped for. Window cleaning tool has very poor grip and design, not good. This just goes to show you that steam alone, and the jet is quite powerful, is not always enough, ie for things like stubburn lime-scaling a specific cleaning product is still needed after all.
