  I am not out of business. No where on my site does it state that, it is incorrect!. Is he confusing my necklace with another purchase?The necklace was made by me and it measured 15 inches by me. No way would I advertise a necklace the length of a bracket. Both statements are false. If he is dissatisfied with my necklace he can return it for complete refund.
