Perfect Peaceful nights
I have twin boys who are both autistic, bedtimes have never been traumatic but I was interested to see if they would settle and sleep better with this light, and it's most definitely a yes! We put it on at storey time and when I close their door I don't hear a murmur, it's quite bright so it's perfect for little ones that are scared of the dark and it also turns off on its own (which it doesn't say in the description) after about half an hour, all I can say is I wish I'd found this item sooner 👍🏼
