Although I understand the frustration of not receiving something at the ESTIMATED time, I cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail's late delivery. This was a 2nd class package which incidentally arrived on the same day of the negative feedback - feedback which was given before I had the chance to offer to send another or give a refund.
