It works great. I can use it with an operating system. I haven't had any problems with it at all.

Vanquish Pain Reliever
1 of 1 found this helpful Vanquish is the only medicine that will touch my headaches, migraines and all. I've used Vanquish for years for just this reason. I've never had any ill effects from this product.

Vanquish
I've used Vanquish since I was young. It's been on and off the market a few times. I found it to be the only thing that would get rid of my horrible headaches. Now there are other meds out there that work with most of the same ingredients as Vanquish, but Vanquish still works the best for me.
