    Postage was not paid in full. I had to pay additional postage, which delayed delivery until paid. No offer to refund me the extra cost. Very poor service and lied about attempted delivery! Would not buy from this seller again. Item was as described when eventually received.

    You contacted me saying that it didn't arrive, I tracked tracked it for you, I didn't know that it was the postage, it just says they were holding for you, I thought they'd tried to deliver it to your house but you were out, I wasn't lying, you didn't ask me for postage otherwise I would of offered it as it was my mistake, but when I sent it at the post office they never quized the postage they weighed it and said the postage was ok! Not a fair review really!!!

    Item listed as 34” hairpin legs at Paige cost of £3.71. Seller messaged saying they were 28” and postage would be more! I asked to cancel and was refunded. When I enquired about the cost of the legs as they were smaller I was told they would cost the same! My advise it to avoid this seller, items are listed incorrectly and they try to get more money. Would say I received my refund without issue.
