Just started reading this book several days ago and it is filled with eye opening information and facts that every American should know and be aware of.
Sugar, fats and salt are incorporated with all processed food (anything in a box, can, bag, or carton) that we eat every day.
Our food marketers are not at all concerned with the nutrition the food will provide, they are only concerned about the bliss point, taste, flavor, and how it will excite the consumer's sensory system.
