Beautifully presented, but I dont feel compelled to use
I own several preserving books..none as beautifully presented as this book, however I don't feel the urge to make any of the preserves.....maybe I am too much of a traditional preserver. One of my American preserves books has no pictures, but practically ever preserve just begs to be made....hot and sweet pickled pineapple...a firm favourite. To me this is more of a coffee table book...nice to look at......
