Wish this book was in my hands 10 years ago
I read to many articles about PCOS, to many books, diet books.. But this book blew my minds!! I wish that doctors could tell me all those things what is inside this book.. Might be things could be different by now.. I would recommend this book to every women whom was diagnosed with PCOS, it will help you to fully educate yourself, to understand yourself, and to be able to advocate for your own sake when you see some careless doctors. There are included even some recipes, ideas, plans.
