Annoying popping/cracking noise

Headset is a bit on the heavy side but extremely comfortable. Thought sound quality was great however there was a annoyin cracking sound that happened regularly, i contacted hyperx/kingston they then told me it was a faulty dongle And replaced it very quickly but then that dongle was faulty also mic monitoring wouldn't work. I am now returning the headset.
