Awesome !!!
3 of 3 found this helpful I hated working out, but when my mother-in-law bought this and did not use it I started using it. Richard Simmons makes working out fun and simple. I love it so much that even my son who's 7 and my daughter who's 3 are dancing and copying his moves. The only downside to it is, it is so hard to look for a DVD version, so when my VHS player gave up on me a year ago (with this tape still inside it) I haven't been able to watch it since then. I refuse to buy a VHS player because this will be the only thing I would use it for. But overall if you have a player and wouldn't mind rewinding then, this will be your best friend :)
