  Item as described but delivery took a bit longer than expected and the seller mixed up the tracing number and changed twice which did not seem like a tracking number used by any courier company. The item is as described even though it has been delivered a bit late.

  Buyer purchased 2nd class delivery. Item sent the day after purchase and arrived within the paid for days as per Royal Mail 2nd class delivery. Tracking number incorrectly added initially but made no difference to delivery as item already sent day after purchase! Buyer paid incorrect sum and peppered me with 12 messages one after the after demanding I refund. I pointed out that the buyer sent the incorrect amount, I didn’t request it. I refunded the incorrect payment in full. Best to avoid.

  received 3 tie down straps, 2 were ok 1 was very worn I won't be using it, no mention of this in listing. ah well lesson learned buying used items.

  "Very worn" is clearly false if you look at the pictures. It was described as "used" - which it is - and fully fine to use, so dispute that comment.
