Delivered late, error on first use.
**update** Gourmia responded that no warranty is available on this product as it was purchased open box and third party. So now I have spent $70 on a device that does not work.
*original*This thing malfunctioned the first time I used it. It was delivered 3 days late which is understandable for Christmas time, but I got an E1 error the first use and it burned the food inside.
I have started a claim directly with gourmia and am awaiting to find out if this is eligible for the one year warranty since it is refurbished and open box. I will update my review when I hear back.
