A pleasure to exercise!
As a person with mobility problems, in my later years and, what the kinder person would describe as 'plump', I realised that I would not be the best advertisement for the gym so looked for an alternative.
I had seen the Wii sports pack and Wii fit plus advertised and wondered if it would be of any help to me and I can honestly say that I have found it both helpful in respect of improving my fitness and also entertaining.
I would not have been able to install it myself mainly because I am a technophobic, but this was easily done by my son and after he had talked me through the basics of how to press the right button at the right time, I am now an expert.
Joking aside, whilst there are many of the exercises I, personally, cannot undertake I particularly enjoy the Yoga and the games that require balance techniques and, in my case, the privacy of being able to do this at home and being able to cheat a little by holding onto pieces of furniture is a great advantage and, at least, I am making an effort to exercise again.
I know most people think of the Wii as just a games machine and I am sure from seeing the younger and more able bodied members of my family having a great deal of fun with it, it does suit its purpose admiralby. I am just pleased to also have the opportunity to do things at my own pace (slowly) and have the chance to improve my motivation and fitness level - really glad I bought it.

Foolproof installation
1 of 1 found this helpful I really love this TV which I bought for my bedroom. I wanted something neat so size wise it fitted the bill. Lovely clear screen, good sound quality easy to set up once you have a Samsung account. I am a senior with little, if any, technical knowledge but would definitely recommend this product.
