This is NOT a insulated flask

I bought this flask for my Mom who is a teacher during COVID 19 lockdown, so she didn't use it until school restarted last Wednesday. The flask is light and is NOT insulated. When you put hot water in it is very hot to the touch and the water only stays hot for about an hour NOT 24 hours as indicated on the box description. I would have given ZERO stars if I could. Very disappointed!!!!
