  Ridiculous seller... The product sent to me has a flaw, the bowtie on left one is broken, but it's only £8.99, it doesn't matter for me to wear it at home, I didn't want to bother to pack it again and post back to seller. So I took a pic and asked for a replacement for left one or refund half the price ( only £4.5), but the seller didn't agree either of them, started defending their product, insisted to let me send it back, after several rounds back and forth messages, I gave up. got £2 refund.

  Just want to say what a great Bayer. Seller had problem with Post office - so parcel was not delivered in time but as soon as I let her know she immediately refunded the money - only for the parcel to turn up two weeks later.
