Great Value

There are about 8 workouts at different levels and lengths. As I have been working out for many years, I found the first 4 levels a little easy. I really felt that the last workout was great and will continue to do it for a long time. Joe is nice to look at as well, but his accent isn't my favourite, so I turn it down and use my own music. Love the sea in the background,

No cardio, but a good workout with weights and step.

This is like having a personal trainer in your home. Good explanations on how to use the weights and do the exercises.
