Love this book!

Being Italian (and I love to cook!), I am always looking for new and interesting Italian cookbooks. The Big Baking Bible is great - I love that it combines all 4 books, and the selection and diversity of recipes is wonderful. I'll be using some of these recipes for Christmas!

Beautifully done, with excellent recipes!

This cookbook contains delicious recipes, with excellent photos and stories included. I highly recommend this cookbook for anyone that loves to prepare and enjoy delicious Italian food from the Tuscan region. Everything I've made from this wonderful collection of recipes has been fabulous! Get your copy - you need this cookbook!!
