Not NON STICK coating
Do NOT confuse this as having a NON STICK coating, which it does not. It will rust if not seasoned between uses as it is cast IRON ~ rusty rusty rusty!!!!

Much better than other other makes of spiralizer I have previously used / owned
I purchased this, as my mother had one, and they are much better than my GEFU Spirelli Spiral Slicer. They are simple to use and there is no food wastage. They are also easy to clean after use.
