Good quality item a decent price
previous unit had a threaded post on each end. This has a post at one end and a threaded hole at the other. A short bolt resolved the issue. I would recommend getting a replacement rubber grommet that fits in the hole in the glass too. I had to make one by drilling out a tap washer. For the cost, it was worth replacing the entire unit rather than fighting with the cables to replace the broken plastic block on my old unit.
