  Great product and packaged well. Unfortunately it was retained by the post office as full postage costs had not been paid by the seller. Having informed the seller and still had to wait a further 7 days. I decided to pay the postage myself.

  Postage was correct and paid via Ebay (proof can be provided) - when i contacted Royal Mail they confirmed there was no additional payment due so I do not understand why you had to pay!?

  Awful seller who was rude from the start when I asked a question. No manners no compassion. The item took a while to arrive and by some foreign courier that the English courier would not /could not assist. The item was completely smashed on delivery so sent back unopened. More rude messages followed when I tried to gain a refund they claimed out of country. I left it until the date suggested and there was no reply to my requests. Had to complain through eBay and they still argued it. Do not use

  Your question was a very rude offer which I declined twice! The courier used was Parcelforce which I believe is still British. The item has never been returned and Ebay completely agreed with me as they issued a refund not me as the customer (you) did not abide by ebay rules. I was out of the country - I do not lie as you obviously do.
