  This was a very positive purchasing experience. Communication with the seller was quick, friendly and effective and the chains were unused and in pristine condition, as had been described. Delivery was efficient, with easy diversion to a local pick-up shop. I have rated the product at 5* because of its perfect condition but will not be able to assess its performance unless snow is encountered on our trip to the Alps. However, I have used similar previously without problems. Great seller!
