    Well, Communication was poor, no tracking details issued, no notice of postage. The machine came well packaged in non original box. It was well protected and in very clean condition, no evidence of any use, although it had produced 230 coffees. Described as returned/refurbished I was not expecting it to be new, but if I had been told that it was refurbished in 2019 I would have considered this purchase a little longer, at least the technicians report was up front.

    Excellent service. Delivered within a couple of days, well packed and in almost new condition. One minor accessory was missing. I messaged the Delonghi support team and they responded quickly and sent out the accessory via next day delivery!

    Arrived in outer Delongi box (machine probably could have been a little better packaged as only had some craft paper but still arrived in great condition). Had few issues with delivery ( parcel force not seller) and had to contact seller- Gavin- was really responsive and gave great customer service. Actual machine had few very faint scratches on plastic parts, hardly noticeable- looked new and still had stickers on it. Would not hesitate to recommend.

    What can I say… never leave review on eBay, but had to in this instance - it’s the best example of good customer service I think I’ve ever received from any company. My coffee machine broke a few days before holiday - I ordered a replacement refurbished unit. Sent a message at 7pm explaining I was on hols in the next few days and…after receiving a nice message back, it turned-up the next morning. In transit the water compartment broke. Told them. The next morning a new water compartment arrived!

    Item arrived quickly, is as described and looks to be essentially new on the inside. Top of plastic on outside was slightly scuffed which probably is the reason why it was sold as refurbished. However it's not very noticeable and well worth the discount from standard retail price. Unfortunately one part of the Lattecrema Cool Carafe was missing but the De'Longhi team were very responsive via ebay messaging and had a replacement part sent out separately.
