    This is a beautiful machine, came in good condition overall, although the water container part was broken.     Great price, fantastic saving on refurbished. Works perfectly and doesn't look as if it has ever been used by a customer. As described there were grounds left over, this is more of a reassurance that it was tested before sending. It was well packed and mine even came with the instructions in a sealed bag. Very happy with purchase.
