Not this time
1 of 1 found this helpful I have used Ooma for several years and it has been great. This purchase was for am additional phone line. The box arrived in great shape, sealed, etc. But I have been unable, even with Ooma tech support help, to make this unit work. I think this particular unit is defective. I'm very disappointed. I don't know if I can get Ooma to replace it since I didn't buy it from them.
