A bit fiddly but a brilliant idea
2 of 2 found this helpful Getting the sticky pads on correctly is vital (lots of YouTube clips emphasize this).
The frame must be clean and warm (above 15C)
Fitting the mudguards can be fiddly and is best done with two people. Once on I found they gave great protection and din't rattle at all.

Not just a book. It's a learning mechanism
Definitely the best book I've found for learning ColRegs. The page by page questions and tests at the end of each chapter are fantastic aids to learning.
