Better than expected
Bought this to replace a broken kettle. Although the water (obviously) trickles out it is surprising how quick it fills a mug from the moment it is switched on.
Genuinely impressed, I have a number of gadgets of the same brand and also feel they provide good quality value items (identical to named branded which are more expensive).
Easy to use and easy to clean.
Just watch out though... out of habit switched on and walked away... came back to a puddle of water as the cup overfilled!! This ONLY turns off if you press the button, it doesn't (like others on the market) auto cut out after certain level of water.

Leaks and spillages
1 of 1 found this helpful So far (only used about 6) 50% have holes, fill with water then watch the water drain out from around the middle.
Can't recommend these, much cheaper and thinner than others I have used in the past with many so far being unusable and thrown away.

Work well
