Samsung rip off company
8 of 19 found this helpful Too technical to set up. Had to log in to a Samsung account for instructions, giving the company lots of personal details which I find sinister. Poor instruction book. No screws supplied at the back of the set to mount the set on a universal wall mount which I already had in place for the old set so I had to search the internet for the odd-sized screws and waited 12 days for the 4 screws to be delivered. When they arrived they were not long enough! The 4 screws cot £6.50 !!!!! Sheer sharp practise by Samsung! Disgusted with their service, their sales practise and their insistence on having to have a Samsung account to set up the tv. Would never use their products again despite being happy with older models we purchased in the past
