A good economical vibration plate
A good sturdy and quite heavy piece of equipment. It has to be, considering the maximum weight it will take is 150kg and the exercises performed on it.
I use it for ten minutes after my main cardio workout. I haven't tried all the speeds but will work my way up slowly.
The key is to use this type of equipment according to the manual. Any type of exercise machine can be dangerous and even fatal to the user if not used correctly!

Nice and easy to use foot warmer
Bought to use while working from home. The area where my 'office's is situated isn't very warm and the floor is cold. Even when I wear socks and slippers the cold seeps in. Hence, the foot warmer. Has an additional function of a massage setting (used when sitting too long at the desk) The heat function had two settings. It doesn't really get very hot but I have found that if use it before your feet get to the stage of being cold, it works best. I normally use it that way and on the low setting. No more cold feet only warm and toasty! Has inner fleece lining which can be washed. Added bonus as well is that it is half the price and exactly the same as on another site beginning with A which has shops on the high street.

Good little and light lamp
A nice little and light portable folding lamp. Can be used with four batteries or usb powered. Bought for additional lighting while working from home. I didn't want another appliance to plug into a wall socket or leads trailing on the floor. Has three level of brightness which I can choose from and can be folded down at the end of my working day. I would recommend it if you don't want to use or buy a bulky lamp.
