  Arrived in 3 days flat, nicely packaged up with plenty of brown paper. The value for a brushless tool, charger, and battery for light use was honestly a steal for someone wanting to start moving up from 12v brushed Makita tools! Only think I didn't notice before buying is that the charger uses an EU plug; no big deal as 1. You can actually just Jimmy them into UK sockets, 2. I usually have a universal power strip, and 3. It really never hurts to have another adapter (which they included).
