open it up and he said that you wanted one of these for a long time is it thank you
He called me sometime later it said that it would take a charge but it didn't work so I told her to send it back to me and I will deal with it.
I contacted the company I bought it from on January 6th and they said that it was past the 30 day warranty and not obligated to replace it but if I contact the manufacturer they would probably do something
I contacted them and was told since I bought it on eBay that they would check into it and give me a call back. I didn't hear from him and called him in two days and said they were sorry that they didn't get back to me and they would call me back soon.
Never did hear from them that is the manufacturer so I just chalk it up.
Unfortunately this is why I liked you go into a store and I can hold, touch and try possible before I purchase it.
Maybe I'm just one that fell between the cracks but still acceptable explanation to me.
The meaning of that is I got no answer when I asked a question.
