Great Value
Pros:
-cheap
-full support for my 12x13 inch eatx mobo
-fast delivery
Cons:
-the top hatch is removed with four tiny screws that are easily dropped/lost
-if you get the rails the setup is about 1mm too wide for a 19 inch rack but it still works, it is just a little tight.

Great signal integrity
I was using this to convert a micrel voltage regulator to a dip package and I had no problem with cross talk over the signal lines.

Great value
Pros: great price, quick to heat up, works effectively and responsivly, accurate temperature readout (measured with a probe).
Cons: havnt used the helping hands yet because the angle to use the lens with the clips is odd. Don't think it'll work with larger boards.
