not great
the valve has failed on 2 of these when I was filling up with air at a petrol station, I had to push my bike home, I wont buy again, will spend little more money for quality

weaker than the old york heavy grips
this is way weaker than my old York hand grips , I compared the new one to the old one and the new one, which I bought here is much weaker. this forearm exerciser is for a very weak person with weak grip. don't buy it , I will have to buy something else

god sound for the price
I've bought these before, good sound for the price, and because of the shape they don't slip off my ears
