It's Alive/Year 2889 DVD Review

As a fan of low and high budget 1950s and 1960s creature films such as Invasion of the Saucer Men (1957), Creature from the Black Lagoon (1954), and Beach Girls and the Monster (1965), all of Larry Buchanan's sci-fi films are essential in my collection. It's Alive (1969) is a truly inspired work of cinema art. Veteran actors Bill Thurman, and Annabelle Weenick work well in this film. Indeed, both actors appear in many of Larry Buchanan's other creature films. These two films are hard to find, hence excellent value in this DVD compilation. Highly recommended.
