  Definitely this item was described as it came to me. Actually was better than described. The value that was put on it was a lot lower than i expected which was great! The communication was with this seller was very promt and honest. Hard to get these days. I had asked to let me know when it was taken to ups and after the seller told me it was done I got an email from ups. Packaging was great. I would definitely buy from this seller again in the future.   Received a faulty item. Tried to get a resolution directly with seller. Seller refused refund claiming I was outside the 30 day window - which expired before the item was even delivered (they incorrectly used the purchase date, not the delivery date). The date on my account for the return window was the timeframe after the delivery date (not purchase date). eBay advised a formal escalation. Disappointed as this is the first issue I have had with any seller in over 13 years.
