  Was not new as described. When I asked about condition I was told that it was sold as seen on collection. This was inside a box given to me from an unlit slightly derelict looking temporary building amongst mess. I didn't open the box. I drove 45 mile round trip to get this and made a critical trust error. Luckily, for me, the printer was cheap and I was certainly not going to bother to drive back again. Very poor customer service that didn't even properly reply to my question. Buyers beware!
