I had to contact EBAY to assist attaining my purchased item.

Product quality horrible. Buy at your own risk
The NcStar crossbow, I hate to say it but you get what you pay for. At $40 it might be a better paper weight than anything else. It arrived with the bow part completely out of alignment then broke within 2 weeks. Buy with caution or don't care if you throw away your money. Or buy it, be completely underwhelmed, and use it as incentive to buy a real crossbow. I did!
