An indispensable guide to religious Romanesque.

A thoroughly useful book. On a recent trip to France, we were guided through the outstanding Romanesque buildings and sculpture in both Burgundy and Languedoc-Roussillon. The book was in constant use guiding us through these beautiful religious remains, so addictive but often strange and remote to modern eyes Wholly recommended.
