Good if your always in Fight or Flight
Interesting perspective on people that have to deal with a high level of agitation. It discusses our survival instinct and how to recognize it when it kicks in. It also mentions tools to deal with your instincts.

Good story
Interesting book and the story keeps me engaged. I am 3/4 thru and I am enjoying it and learning some things about China as well.

Good historical fiction
I’m reading this for a book club and so far it’s pretty good. I’m 2/3 finished. I’d say it’s a good read but not necessarily a page turner.
